The Project of the Quad Cities, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, envisions a future where HIV/STI/AIDS are no longer stigmatized and everyone living with, affected by, or at risk of contracting HIV/STI/AIDS has the support they need to succeed.
They provide health management, coordinated care services, and advocacy to those impacted by HIV/STI/AIDS and other related conditions.
TPQC is the only HIV/STI/AIDS service organization in a 60 mile radius of the Quad Cities. They have offices in Davenport and two in Moline. They serve approximately 300 clients, many of which live 200% below the poverty level.

They provide services to families and children involved in foster care, young adults who were in the foster system, families with children who are experiencing emotional and behavioral health issues, individuals with mental health issues, and survivors of physical and sexual abuse.
